This policy explains what information ashaihealth.com collects, how it is used, and the choices

This is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you are a patient of Ashai Health, the handling of
your medical information is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate
document.
Information you give us
The website has contact and appointment request forms. When you use one, you provide
information such as your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to
write in a message field.
We use this only to respond to you and to schedule or follow up on care. We do not sell it, rent
it, or share it with advertisers.
Please do not include detailed medical information in a website form or in an email to us.
Neither is a secure channel. If you need to discuss a medical concern, call the office.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ashaihealth.com collects certain technical information automatically when
you visit:
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Browser and device type
- Pages viewed, time spent, and the page you arrived from
- Date and time of your visit
We use this to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It sets cookies that help distinguish one visitor
from another and record how the site is used. Advertising and remarketing features are disabled
in our Google Analytics configuration.
We do not run advertising or remarketing tracking on our health service pages, our contact
page, or our appointment booking pages.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The site will still work if
you do.
Online booking
Appointment booking is handled by a third-party scheduling and records platform. When you
click through to book, you leave ashaihealth.com and the information you enter is governed by
that platform’s terms and by our agreement with them. We do not run advertising trackers on
that handoff.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including social media profiles, an online supplement
dispensary, and our scheduling platform. Once you leave ashaihealth.com, this policy no longer
applies. Review the privacy practices of any site you visit.
Reviews and testimonials
Patient comments that appear on this site are published with the individual’s written
authorization. If you are a patient and wish to withdraw permission for a statement,
photograph, or video of you that appears on this site or on our social media accounts, contact
our Privacy Officer and we will remove it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from
them. Services provided to minor patients are handled through the practice, not the website,
and require parental or guardian involvement.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of
transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may:
- Use the site without submitting any information through a form
- Refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings
- Ask us what information we hold about you from a website submission and request that we
delete it - Contact us by phone instead of through the site
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do, and the current
version will always be posted here.
